Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. In a medium bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until everything is fully incorporated.
  3. Press the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
