- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a medium bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract.
- Mix until everything is fully incorporated.
- Press the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
