- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Stir until everything is well combined.
- Press the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
