Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Cut into bars and enjoy!
