Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, peanut butter, honey, flaxseed, chocolate chips and shredded coconut.
  2. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm.
  4. Enjoy!
