- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, peanut butter, honey, flaxseed, chocolate chips and shredded coconut.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm.
