- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in peanut butter, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice until combined.
- Spread mixture over graham cracker crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled.
