No Bake Chocolate…
Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed or wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, peanut butter, honey and flaxseed.
  2. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
  3. Roll into balls, about 1 tablespoon each.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
