- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed or wheat germ
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, peanut butter, honey and flaxseed.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
- Roll into balls, about 1 tablespoon each.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
