- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cups rolled oats
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the sugar and cocoa powder, stirring until dissolved.
- Add the milk and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in the oats.
- Press mixture into an 8x8 inch greased pan.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
