No Bake Chocolate…
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, heat honey and peanut butter over medium heat until melted.
  2. Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and shredded coconut.
  3. Press mixture into an 8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
  5. Enjoy!
