- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- In a medium saucepan, heat honey and peanut butter over medium heat until melted.
- Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and shredded coconut.
- Press mixture into an 8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
