No Bake Chocolate…
Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats and shredded coconut.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, cocoa powder and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the oat mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Press the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
  6. Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!
