Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup prepared pesto
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pieces naan bread
  • 3 cups baby spinach leaves

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a small bowl, combine the pesto, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano. Set aside.
  2. Brush each piece of naan with olive oil and spread the pesto mixture over each one. Top with spinach leaves.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges of the naan are golden brown and the spinach is wilted.
  4. Serve warm.
