- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking sheet.
