Ingredients
  • 2 lb potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Wash potatoes and cut into wedges.
  3. Mix together olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Add potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat with the mustard mixture.
  5. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
