- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, mix together mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the mustard mixture over the chicken.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
- Serve with desired accompaniments.
