- 2 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- Toast the bread.
- In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until softened, about 4 minutes.
- Divide the Swiss cheese between the two slices of toast. Top with mushrooms.
- Place the toast on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
