Ingredients
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter

Steps
  1. Toast the bread.
  2. In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until softened, about 4 minutes.
  3. Divide the Swiss cheese between the two slices of toast. Top with mushrooms.
  4. Place the toast on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
