Mushroom Bruschet…
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 slices Italian bread, toasted

Steps
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and mushrooms; cook and stir until mushrooms are tender, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add balsamic vinegar and parsley; cook until liquid is reduced by half, about 2 minutes.
  3. Spoon mushroom mixture onto toasted bread slices. Serve immediately.
