Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, mix together the pizza sauce, garlic powder, oregano and basil.
Separate biscuit dough into 10 pieces. Place each piece into a muffin cup, pressing firmly to the sides and bottom of the cup. Divide the pizza sauce mixture among the cups.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over each pocket. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
