Mixed Green Salad
Ingredients
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mixed greens, feta cheese, walnuts and red onion.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
