- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a medium bowl, combine the mixed greens, feta cheese, walnuts and red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
