Miso Soup
Ingredients
  • 4 cups of dashi
  • 1/4 cup of miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons of green onions

Steps
  1. Mix the dashi and miso paste together in a pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the green onions.
  5. Serve hot.
