- 1/2 block firm tofu, cubed
- 1/4 cup dried wakame
- 2 tablespoons white miso paste
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- In a medium saucepan, bring the broth to a boil.
- Add the wakame and reduce heat to low.
- Stir in the miso paste until completely dissolved.
- Add the tofu cubes and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
