Ingredients
  • 1/2 block firm tofu, cubed
  • 1/4 cup dried wakame
  • 2 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 4 cups vegetable broth

Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the broth to a boil.
  2. Add the wakame and reduce heat to low.
  3. Stir in the miso paste until completely dissolved.
  4. Add the tofu cubes and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
