Miso Soup with Ra…
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 2 packages ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded

Steps
  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ginger and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the miso paste until dissolved.
  3. Add the ramen noodles and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
