- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 2 packages ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
- Heat the sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ginger and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the miso paste until dissolved.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
