Miso Glazed Salmon
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup white miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets

Steps
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together miso paste, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil and garlic.
  2. Place salmon in a shallow dish and spoon the miso mixture over it.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  5. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  6. Place salmon on prepared baking sheet. Discard marinade.
  7. Bake in preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
