- 1/4 cup white miso paste
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- In a small bowl, whisk together miso paste, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil and garlic.
- Place salmon in a shallow dish and spoon the miso mixture over it.
- Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place salmon on prepared baking sheet. Discard marinade.
- Bake in preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
