Miso Glazed Grill…
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup white miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons sake
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger root
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the miso paste, sake, mirin, honey, sesame oil and ginger. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
  3. Oil the grill grate. Place the salmon fillets on the preheated grill and cook for 5 minutes. Turn over, brush with remaining marinade and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Serve hot with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
