- 1/2 gallon mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 2 packages of Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
- Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
- Crumble the Oreo cookies into a medium bowl and mix with melted butter.
- Press the crust into the bottom and sides of the pan.
- Spread the softened ice cream over the crust and freeze for 1 hour or until set.
- Heat the hot fudge sauce until it is pourable and spread over the top of the cake.
- Freeze for an additional 2 hours before serving.
