Ingredients
  • 1/2 gallon mint chocolate chip ice cream
  • 2 packages of Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce

Steps
  1. Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. Crumble the Oreo cookies into a medium bowl and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press the crust into the bottom and sides of the pan.
  4. Spread the softened ice cream over the crust and freeze for 1 hour or until set.
  5. Heat the hot fudge sauce until it is pourable and spread over the top of the cake.
  6. Freeze for an additional 2 hours before serving.
