Mini Pavlovas
Ingredients
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gradually add sugar and beat until glossy and thick.
  4. Stir in vinegar and cornstarch.
  5. Spoon meringue onto baking sheet, making four individual meringues.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
