- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar and beat until glossy and thick.
- Stir in vinegar and cornstarch.
- Spoon meringue onto baking sheet, making four individual meringues.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
