Mexican Hot Choco…
Ingredients
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the milk, sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon and cayenne pepper.
  2. Heat over medium-low heat until the milk is hot but not boiling.
  3. Whisk constantly until the mixture is steaming and thickened.
  4. Serve hot in mugs.
