- 1 cup quinoa
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add quinoa and reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
