- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, ketchup, eggs, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix well and shape into a loaf.
- Place in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
