Mashed Potato
Ingredients
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Peel and cube the potatoes.
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and return to the pot.
  4. Mash the potatoes with a potato masher.
  5. Add butter, milk, salt and pepper; mix until smooth.
  6. Serve warm.
