Mashed Cauliflower
Ingredients
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  2. Boil or steam the cauliflower until it is soft.
  3. Mash the cauliflower with a potato masher.
  4. Add the garlic, butter, and milk and mash until smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
