Marble Swirl Ice …
Ingredients
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream, milk, sugar, and salt until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the vanilla extract and cocoa powder.
  3. Slowly pour the cream mixture into the cocoa mixture while stirring continuously.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
  5. Once frozen, swirl together with a spoon or spatula to create a marble effect.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
