- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, maple syrup, oil and cinnamon until combined.
- Spread mixture onto prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to an airtight container.
