Maple Pecan Pie
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, eggs, butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Pour mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
  4. Sprinkle pecans on top.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
  6. Let cool before serving.
