Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on prepared baking sheet. Brush each fillet with maple mustard mixture.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
