- 2lbs carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In a large bowl, combine carrots, butter, maple syrup, dijon mustard, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Toss until carrots are evenly coated.
- Spread carrots onto a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until tender.
