Maple Bacon Panca…
Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk and melted butter.
  3. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.
  5. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle. Cook until bubbles form and the edges are golden brown.
  6. Flip with a spatula and cook until browned on the other side.
  7. Serve pancakes with maple syrup and crumbled bacon.
