- 1 lb. brussels sprouts
- 4-6 strips bacon
- 2-3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut off the ends of the brussels sprouts and remove any yellow outer leaves.
- Mix together in a bowl with bacon and maple syrup.
- Spread onto a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, until crisp.
