- 2 ripe mangos, peeled, pitted and diced
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- In a medium bowl, combine the mangoes, avocado, red onion, jalapeno pepper and cilantro.
- Add the lime juice and honey (if using).
- Mix gently until combined.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
