Mango Salsa Salad
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup diced mango
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. In a bowl, combine the mango, red onion, bell pepper, cilantro and lime juice.
  2. Drizzle the olive oil over the ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix everything together.
  4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
