- 3 ripe mangos, peeled and diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a medium bowl, combine the mangos, onion, lime juice, cilantro, olive oil and jalapeno.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled.
