- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup diced mango
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno pepper (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
- Add the mango, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice and salt and mix together.
- Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite Mexican dish.
