Mango Coleslaw
Ingredients
  • 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 mango, diced

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots and onion.
  2. Add the mango and stir to combine.
  3. Serve chilled.
