Mango Coconut Ove…
Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ cup diced mango

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, coconut flakes and cinnamon.
  2. Add the almond milk and maple syrup (or honey). Mix until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge overnight.
  4. In the morning, add diced mango to the oat mixture. Stir until everything is evenly mixed together.
  5. Enjoy!
