- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
- ¼ cup diced mango
- In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, coconut flakes and cinnamon.
- Add the almond milk and maple syrup (or honey). Mix until everything is evenly combined.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, add diced mango to the oat mixture. Stir until everything is evenly mixed together.
